Terms and Conditions — r 789 Pakistan Betting Platform

Welcome to r 789. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and r 789 ("r 789", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the r 789 platform accessible at r789.im, including all sports betting, casino games, promotions and related services provided by r 789.

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal from r 789 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.
• R 789 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 PKT on business days. Requests submitted after this time are processed the following business day.
• First withdrawals require identity verification. Documents typically required include a government-issued CNIC or passport and a screenshot confirming ownership of the mobile wallet or bank account to which the withdrawal is directed.
• R 789 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank once the withdrawal has been dispatched from the r 789 system.

R 789 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be stated clearly on the individual promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all r 789 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6. • The minimum single bet on r 789 is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, market and match — r 789 will display the available maximum on each individual bet slip.
• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement and confirmed on your bet receipt. R 789 does not honour odds errors caused by technical issues — such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned in full. If a match is abandoned after it has started, markets that have already been settled stand; all other markets are voided.
• Bets on live in-play markets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the exact time of acceptance. • Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided legs.

All casino games available on r 789 — including jackpot slots, video slots, live dealer games and classic table games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. R 789 operates a good-faith dispute resolution approach and will provide clear, documented reasoning for all dispute outcomes. If you are unsatisfied with a dispute outcome, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the r 789 licensing terms.
